2. How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders over €30.
For orders under €30, a standard shipping fee applies and will be clearly displayed at checkout.
All prices shown on our website include VAT.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email containing your tracking number and a tracking link.
This allows you to follow your delivery in real time until it reaches you.

We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and additional conditions may apply.

Each product includes a detailed size guide to help you select the best fit for your child. If your child falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for extra comfort and longer wear.

8. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Email clear photos of the issue to contact@tinyovera.com, and we will arrange either:

9. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, color, or product, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

10. Are Tinyovera products covered by a warranty?

Yes. All Tinyovera baby dresses and children's clothing include a 30-day quality warranty covering manufacturing defects or issues present upon arrival.
